Project North

Design Details

For this home, the homeowners wanted an “island feel” with privacy, security and to be able to enjoy each other’s company while also providing lodging for children and grandchildren. The design process brought the MMB team around the world in search of antiques for each room, which were then used as the focus for the interiors around them.

One unique detail about this property is that the previous owner bought up all the land in the

Cul-de-sac and then was able to get the city to absorb it into the parcel, making a very unusual and amazingly deep lot.
